Comments are reviewed daily with the exception of Sunday and legal US Holidays. We will our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

2.    Calling directly is another option. The phone number is listed below. There is generally someone available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, Central Standard Time with the exception of Sundays and Holidays. If we do not answer right away, our Customer Service Connection Representative is serving another customer’s needs. Please be patient, you are important to us. Leave a message with your name, return phone number, the reason for your call, and the best time to get back to you. Your call will be returned as quickly as humanly possible.

3.    You can leave a direct e-mail message with your name, your email address, your return phone number (if desired), and the reason you contacted us. E-mails are reviewed daily and will be returned in a timely manner.
